Lifted from a 1991 rave track called 'On a ragga tip' by the band SL2. A Punjabi singer, Palvinder Dhami claimed that 'Amma dekh' was his original composition. Dhami's band, 'Heera' was started way back in 1980 but he was known to Indians only after an Indian concert in 1995. 'On a ragga tip' by SL2, also sounds exactly same as 'Amma dekh'. And this was released in 1991.
